frozen pineapple
diced

frozen banana

coconut milk

honey

Further Food Turmeric Tonic

cinnamon
plus additional for topping

shredded coconut
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender (or immersion blender) and blend for 3-4 minutes (depending on how you like the texture of your smoothie)
Serve in glasses and top with cinnamon and shredded coconut
